How onboarding works
SecureSharings provides personal onboarding arranged directly with each customer. Your workspace, users, approval policy and billing are set up before your team is invited.
Joining an existing workspace?
Ask your organisation administrator for an account. On first sign-in, you will set your password. Authenticator setup is optional; if you enable it, save your recovery codes somewhere secure.
New customer onboarding
Your onboarding is arranged personally by SecureSharings. You will receive your access details when your workspace is ready. There is no online self-registration or card checkout.
Before sharing documents
All file formats are accepted, up to 1 GiB per file. Files are encrypted on our servers. Authorised service operators can technically decrypt them. Uploads are not antivirus-scanned. External recipients verify access through their invited email address. Preview is available for supported formats; other files can be downloaded when the share permits downloads.
